We believe God is raising up a company of Nazarite prophets and prophetic messengers who have a call to see cities and regions shifted through the power of intercession.
A Nazarite, meaning ‘consecrated’ or ‘set apart’, was one who voluntarily took a vow described in Numbers 6. Their lives were characterised by unusual devotion and commitment, as in Samson, Samuel and John the Baptist. These are ones who sense they may be called to a lifestyle of consecration and prayer, who have a burden to ‘seek the welfare’ of cities through prayer (Jeremiah 29:7).
The purpose of this course is to equip participants with an understanding of the ministry of the prophet; the formation and the role of the prophet for this hour in history. It is designed to present opportunity for experience, which will not only supply the student with essential insights of prophetic ministry but will ensure practical application and service to the local and regional church community. We are calling those who want to see, who want to become an apostolic witness for their generation.
Course content includes the following:
- Knowledge of God
- Understanding identity
- Prophets and intercession
- Leadership lessons
- Recognizing trends, signs and eschatology
- Five fold ministry function and relationship
- Functioning in a ministry team
- Revelatory experiences – understanding their purpose
- Activities of the spirit
- Understanding the Seer, the revelatory realm, the anointing and the discerning of spirits
We are looking for those who will come and give themselves for a season, a time set aside like the Nazarites of old who separated themselves for a period of time and gave themselves for change. This course is intentionally designed to be for a longer period, with times set aside to spend in corporate prayer and worship, and finishing with a time of impartation and commissioning.
Disclaimer: There will not be any formal recognition of students as prophets or prophetic ministries as a result of completing this course. The only accreditation will be a certificate that confirms they have completed the course. While this school will not make you a prophet as only God can do that, it will give students a solid understanding and opportunity for the formation of the prophetic gift, and equip those whom are called in this office to face the unique challenges and blessings associated with it.
